The admissions process is designed to allow a sharing of information between the student, their family, and the school so everyone can determine if our program is an appropriate placement. Due to the small number of openings this process is very personalized. Parents interested in further information about our program should contact us via email or phone.

The basic steps for admission are:

1) Telephone Conference
2) School Overview & Tour
3) Student Interview
4) Application Submission
5) Placement Testing
6) Student Records Review
7) Acceptance Decision

Campus Visits:

Families interested in seeing The Tenney School program should contact the school office to schedule a School Overview & Tour. Tours are generally scheduled for 10am, and include an overview of the program, a tour of the campus, and an opportunity to share information about your child with our school. The “School Overview & Tour” generally takes one hour.
